IC Carrier Board Double-Sided Solder Mask Coating + Suspended Tunnel Oven Automatic Line
This automatic line features high-precision double-sided solder mask coating capability, combined with a suspended tunnel oven curing system, enabling continuous, efficient, and uniform coating and curing of the solder mask layer during IC carrier board production. The equipment is widely used in fields such as PCB, IC substrate, and semiconductor packaging, effectively improving production efficiency and product yield. Screen Cleaning + Degumming Fully Automatic Production Line
This production line integrates screen cleaning and degumming functions, achieving a fully automated process from dirty screen input to clean and degummed screen output. The equipment is suitable for screen recycling processes in industries such as PCB, FPC, LCD, photovoltaics, ceramic printing, etc., effectively removing residual ink, photosensitive emulsion, ghost images, and other contaminants on the screen surface. The production line adopts a modular design, supporting independent adjustment of cleaning and degumming process parameters. Equipped with a solvent recovery system, it significantly reduces production costs and environmental pressure.
