Remove suspended copper, remove brown/black, and reduce copper in one step. Suspended copper removal is strong, while surface copper removal is minimal; it enhances the exchange capacity of electroplating solutions, reducing the proportion of voids filled; blind holes have excellent shape, with de-gelling capability, and the micro-erosion at the bottom of blind holes is reasonable, enhancing the adhesion between copper plating and the hole bottom.
Used for CCL semi-etching treatment and electroplating to reduce copper etching in plug-through plates. Electroplating reduces the thickness of copper in plug-through plates, preventing capillary action and avoiding an increase in pinholes; the copper surface is bright and clean with excellent uniformity; the operating temperature is low, the etching speed is fast, and the processing time is short; both spray and immersion processes can be applied.
The film removal solution with organic amines as the main component can be used for the delamination process of selective gold plate (HDI), MSAP and encapsulation substrates, with strong penetration, fast delamination speed and reduced film entrapment.
