The press steel structure is based on computer precision structural calculations and force-shaped analysis. After being welded with high-strength steel plates, it undergoes complete internal stress elimination and one-piece forming processing to ensure the mechanical durability and repeatability.

After the hot plate is ground through multiple precision machining procedures, the parallelism and flatness of a single hot plate are within ±0.015mm/m; the temperature tolerance is within ±1.5℃.

The piston is made of chilled cast iron. After grinding, the hardness is HRC50~55. It is wear-resistant and does not leak oil. The oil seal adopts the world's universal specification oil seal, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
