The Thailand Printed Circuit Association (THPCA) participated in an official factory visit to Starteam Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd. at 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi, together with the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) and representatives from academia, research institutes, and industry partners recently.
The visit highlighted the strong collaboration among government, industry, and academia in advancing Thailand’s PCB ecosystem. Discussions focused on business development strategies, workforce enhancement, and strengthening the domestic supply chain. Key topics included engineering internship programs, real-world industrial training opportunities, and pathways for Thai enterprises to integrate into the PCB manufacturing value chain.
As an industry representative, THPCA strongly supports the concept of developing local supply chains in parallel with talent development. This strategic direction will be prominently featured at Thailand Electronics Circuit Asia 2026 (THECA 2026), ASEAN’s leading platform for PCB and advanced electronics innovation.
This engagement marks an important step toward building long-term partnerships that reinforce Thailand’s position as a global PCB production base, while promoting sustainable industrial growth through technology transfer, human capital development, and ecosystem collaboration.
