BTH-9623 is a side-etch inhibitor suitable for PCB acidic etching process, which can improve circuit fabrication precision. The principle is that the inhibitor forms an insoluble passive film on the copper surface, causing lateral etching to be slower than vertical etching, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing side etching.
