Copper oxide powder, a kind of electroplating copper material, with copper oxide content of more than 99.4%, has microscopic honeycomb shapes under high magnification electron microscope, uniform particle size, good solid fluidity, and fast dissolution rate, mainly used in high-end PCB manufacturing, PET compounding Copper foil manufacturing, organic silicon monomer synthesis catalyst and other fields. Electronic grade copper oxide powder has the advantages of stable plating uniformity and higher production efficiency, which can meet the higher PCB process requirements of customers.
